Ordered a personalised laptop case for my daughter's birthday, arrived on delivery date and looks just as i asked. Quality is very good, pleased with my purchase.

I was delighted with my phone case, the photo of myself and my late husband was of the highest quality for a fantastic price, could not be happier, highly recommend. Timescale was also impressive, I will certainly use again.

Really good quality. So pleased with how it came out.

The picture is so dark hard to make it out no email to say it would be this way and obviously no attempt to lighten it.

Excellent product very high quality only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was as I woild have liked it to have arrived quicker

Paid for and order dispatched on the 19th December, still not received

Photos have not arrived, were supposed to be here before Christmas. I have emailed smartphoto a couple of days ago but no response as of yet.

This is beyond a joke still waiting on my parcels to arrive. Christmas will be ruined for alot of my family not receiving present thanks to the lack of care. Beyond a joke. Assist keeps saying be there in 3-6 days eh hello that was like 4 weeks ago now!!!!!

Had my children’s school photo printed onto acrylic with the 4 metal fixings to fit it onto the wall. Photo looks lovely BUT on standing back to admire it I noticed some of the white background has scratched off (presumably from the fixings) very disappointed especially for the price paid

Delivery takes far too long, and it’s inconvenient to not be able to track it or have an option for guaranteed delivery
